About me
Hey everyone, I'm called Guinness. I have a confession to make. I am often misunderstood because I am so large, and people think I am dangerous and ferocious like my other cousins. The truth is that although I'm so big, deep inside I'm really shy and gentle.
Interesting Facts about me
We are nocturnal creatures, meaning that I prefer to sleep during the day and I'm more active at night. I have very tiny eyes compared to my huge body, and unlike other sharks, I have an amazingly small mouth.
When I'm hungry, my little mouth creates a powerful suction force to extract my food from inside holes and crevices. Most of the time I usually dine on a diet of small fishes, and occasionally even sea snakes!
My species are known to reach up to 4 meters long, and as of today, I am really proud to be the largest exhibit in Aquaria KLCC at more than 3 meters in length
Where can you find me in Aquaria?
You can find me at the Living Ocean
Size & Weight
I'm measured to be almost 3 meters long but some of us are known to grow up to 4 meters in total length.
Diet
My favorite meal would include fish, squids, shellfish and crabs
Habitat & Range
I live in the warm waters off the Indo-Pacific, where I spend my time roaming the coral reefs
